HANDLING
All orders will typically be dispatched within 1 business day from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. Skinbae is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and Skinbae will assist as much as possible to trace any missing parcels. Skinbae is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track your order through either DHL Express tracking service, Fedex Express tracking service and UPS Express tracking service. We only use DHL, UPS and Fedex as our official shipping partners.

Local Destination Tax & Duties
Skinbae has no control over any customs or import duties that could be charged when the order reaches the destination country. These charges can cause delays and the customer will be liable to pay for them. Skinbae advises the customer to check with the local customs agency before placing any orders.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse to accept delivery of your item/s and the courier has to send it back to our warehouse, you will be charged a USD$80 restocking fee plus any other shipping related charges and refunded the remaining amount paid. If your parcel is lost, destroyed or damaged on its way back to us, your refund will not be processed.
