REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Skinbae will offer a full refund on our handset if it is in returned in the original, un-used condition, including packaging. This refund will be minus the real shipping cost incurred for both sending and return. The customer will be required to pay any shipping and customs costs to return our handset. If you wish to return your handset, please email us at customersupport@skinbae.care

Warranty

Your Skinbae IPL device is warranted for a period of 12 months from the date it is shipped. The warranty does not cover the following and is not limited to; lost, misuse, accident, alteration, servicing, use with unauthorized accessories and any other conditions beyond normal use.

If you would like to request a warranty claim, kindly contact customer services at customersupport@skinbae.care and our friendly team will assist you.

Cancellations & Returns

We do not offer cancellations or refunds for orders if you change your mind but you can return your Skinbae device within 1 working day of receiving it, provided that it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Kindly contact customersupport@skinbae.care to arrange for a returns authorization.

Package your return in a delivery parcel with the shipping address clearly displayed. Arrange for your parcel to be delivered back to us. We advise you purchase the track and trace option so that you can track it safely back to us. If your parcel is lost, destroyed or damaged in transit, your refund will not be processed. Returns may take up to 15 working days to process from when you send the parcel. You will be refunded 1-3 working days after we receive your return. All returns will incur a restocking fee of USD $80.

If the product is damaged upon arrival to you, or it is not as described, please contact us immediately at customersupport@skinbae.care and we will organize a replacement.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse to accept delivery of your item/s and the courier has to send it back to our warehouse, you will be charged a USD$80 restocking fee plus any other shipping related charges and refunded the remaining amount paid. If your parcel is lost, destroyed or damaged on its way back to us, your refund will not be processed.

100 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Skinbae is proud to offer a 100 day money back guarantee if you are dissatisfied with your Skinbae device. To be eligible to claim a refund:

  1. Individuals must have purchased Skinbae’s IPL device from www.skinbae.care.
  2. Try our device for at least 80 Days from date of purchase, but for no more than 100 days.
  3. You must complete at least 8 treatments, according to the Owner’s Manual, with treatments being 1 week apart, and take a photo of the area(s) you are treating before each of the sessions.
  4. If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email your 8 photos to us with the subject header ‘Money Back Request’ to customersupport@skinbae.care.
  5. ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps.
  6. Once approved, return the device (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.
  7. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
  8. Skinbae will not be responsible for damaged/lost products during your return shipping and no refund will be offered for lost packages.
  9. Once approved, Skinbae’s purchase price will be refunded to you.
  10. Real postage costs for the sending and return of Skinbae will be the full responsibility of the claimant.

The greatest factor for successful treatments is consistency, use Skinbae as advised, and for the recommended period of time. For those inconsistent with their treatments, their results will reflect this. We do not control the frequency of usage or how Skinbae is used.

Please ensure that the detailed Owner’s Manual is thoroughly read and understood. If Skinbae has not been used correctly, and as instructed, the refund will not be approved.

Postage costs and the process of sending Skinbae back to us (once approved by our Results team) is the full responsibility of the claimant and return postage costs will not be refunded.

We advise using trackable mail to ensure we receive it. We cannot process returns for items we don’t receive.

Note: Skinbae will have sole discretion over issuance of all refund, return and moneyback guarantee claims.
